This new community located in Naperville includes walking paths, parks and heavily planted buffers. Fisher Burton  is currently working with the developer and landscape architect to plant and install turf within all the newly developed open space areas to create a comfortable home site for the new residents.  

This existing community features  3/4 and 1 acre lots and large scale semi custom homes surrounded with natural open spaces. The model home was custom designed and built to attract the most discerning buyers. Ongoing monthly maintenance is preformed at the model and HOA maintenance and snow removal is also provided to ensure preservation of the overall site.

Hawthorn Hills offers over 40 acres of open space, walking trails, wetlands and ponds on-site. The Fisher Burton company worked with the developer to coordinate the construction and installation of walls, irrigation, lighting and fountains. Over 500 trees, 2000 shrubs and 3500 perennials were planted over 2 seasons to enhance the overall community. Fisher Burton was responsible for the installation and maintenance of 20 acres of standard and fescue seeding. Our management team also conducts seasonal maintenance and snow removal for the Homeowners Association.
